Delivery Information

Please allow 3-6 days for delivery from date of order, and allow 7 working days (UK) and 14 working days (International) before contacting us about a delivery status. You'll be able to reach us directly through the webstore.

Once an order has been placed we cannot update:

  • The purchased item
  • Size of item(s)
  • Quantity of item(s)
  • Shipping/Delivery method

Change Delivery Address

If you have provided the wrong address then please contact us HEREWe aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of ordering so please get in touch ASAP including your preferred delivery address. 

Do I Need Paypal?

You can purchase items both with and without Paypal directly through the webstore.

Exchanges and Returns

We do not currently offer exchanges/refunds on products, so please ensure that you have selected the correct product, size and quantity before completing any transactions through our webstore.

Currently we will only to be able to offer returns for items that have been sent in error by us. In this event, please download and complete the Returns Form and enclose with your item and post within 14 days of the original delivery date to allow us to rectify this.

Terms and Conditions

Items will only be eligible for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of the original delivery date unless we have notified otherwise. Until the item reaches us it will remain your responsibility, therefore we do advise it best to send your parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items enclosed. We are not liable for any postage costs for you returning your items, the costs to return them to us will need to be covered by yourself. We will not be able to return any items that are purchased in Sale Periods on our webstore, unless we are at fault by sending you either the wrong size/design of item.
